Judy M. Belk is a real estate broker/developer who has over 30 years experience in real estate sales and development.   

She is a University of South Alabama graduate with a BS in Business Education and an MA in Secondary Education.  She is very committed to civic activities and was elected and served as President of the Mobile County, Alabama school board from 1983-1987. She served on the Executive Committee for the 2006 Alabama Judicial Campaign Oversight Committee. 

She has been very active in educational associations including serving as director of National Federal of Urban-Suburban School Districts, South Alabama Research In-Service Center Governing Board, and Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce Education Task Force. 

She is president of J & M Fast Foods and owns restaurant locations throughout the state of Alabama.  She served as Chairman of the Alabama Restaurant Association Board of Directors in 2008 and 2009.

She owns Belk Development Company and has been a real estate broker since 1981. She has been involved in development of real estate throughout Alabama and is currently involved in development assisted living facilities in Gulf Breeze, Florida and Daphne, Alabama.

.  She is a licensed broker in Alabama, Mississippi,  Florida, and Louisiana.  She serves on the board of directors for First Community Bank. She resides with her husband, Steve, in Citronelle.
