Steve Belk is a licensed real estate agent for Alabama. He serves on the Board of Directors for Belk Development.

Steve grew up in Camden, Arkansas and received a BA degree in Psychology from Henderson State University.  The first ten years of his career were in management, supervision and construction with a big box retailer at various locations in four states.

Steve's next career move was to association manager and chief operations officer for the Gulf Coast chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) with offices in Mobile and Birmingham.  Steve was a leader in the industry in labor relations, consulting, governmental relations and member education,  winning numerous awards for himself and his chapter.

He served as chairman of various health and pension trust funds as well as apprentice training schools in Alabama and Mississippi.  In addition, he served on numerous regional and national committees and boards.  His association received Chapter of the Year in  the southeastern United States five of the last 10 years he was with NECA. Steve served on the Council of Industrial Relations in Washington, DC.  Steve retired January 1, 2006 from this 29 year service industry career.
