Alabama Information

Bon Secour
Bon Secour has recently gone through many changes and has become one of the most watched investment areas in South Alabama. As recently as ten years ago the community was a idyllic fishing village and home to many local families.
Bay Minette

Daphne
The City of Daphne is one of the fastest growing cities in South Alabama. It is convenient to both Mobile, Alabama and Pensacola, Florida. The city itself is located on the Eastern Shore on Mobile Bay.

Elberta
The Town of Elberta is located near Wolf Bay in Baldwin County Alabama. A beautiful small community, it has recently become a much desired location for families wanting to settle in south Alabama. The town itself is convenient to Pensacola, Florida and just 10 miles from the white beaches of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.

Fairhope
Fairhope is a vibrant and community oriented southern city. People often feel instantly at home in this Baldwin County utopia. It is located on the beautiful Eastern Shore with panoramic views of Mobile Bay. It has a charming downtown and thriving local economy.
Foley
Foley is the retail center of Baldwin County, Alabama. Located within it's city limits is an array shops from the Tanger Outlet Mail to smaller locally owned shops and restaurants. Foley is very centrally located in Baldwin County and only eight miles to Gulf Shores beaches. In addition, to its commercial and retail, The City of Foley has seen growth in the single family housing sector of its community.

Fort Morgan
The Fort Morgan Peninsula is part of the City of Gulf Shores. Fort Morgan was used extensively in the Civil War and World War I as a military facility. The fort itself has since become a major tourist attraction in South Baldwin County. The peninsula is also home to major developments like The Beach Club and several other beach front properties.
Gulf Shores
As one of the premier Gulf Front resort locations in the United States, Gulf Shores has grown immensely over the last decade. Within its boundaries is some of the most sought after property, beautiful luxury homes, and vacation homes. With its beautiful white sand beaches and emerald green ocean, its not hard to see why Gulf Shores is expected to continue to grow over the next several years.

Lillian
Lillian, Alabama is on Hwy 98 and borders the Western Shores of Perdido Bay. It is a quiet community full of warm neighbors and beautiful scenery. The area has seen growth over the last several years, but has been able to maintain its integrity as the small town which many people love calling "home".
Loxley
Located in the heart of Baldwin County. Loxley is located on Hwy 59 (Gulf Shores Parkway) and I-10. This allows for distributors and light industry easy access to regional and national highways. It is on five miles away from a major urban mall and easy access to large cities like Mobile and Pensacola.

Magnolia Springs
Magnolia Spring is a beautiful small town west of Foley, Alabama. Historically, the picturesque town of Magnolia Springs is a fishing paradise. Recently, homebuilders have seen the potential of Magnolia Springs as a quiet town in which they can build single family homes. The town itself is very close in proximity to Foley, Fairhope and Gulf Shore which is a great convenience for current and future residents.

Orange Beach
Orange Beach is just to the east of Gulf Shores Alabama State Park. It shares the same beautiful beaches as Gulf Shores and Perdido Key, Florida. Orange Beach is home to several extensive boating marinas and is home to much of the area's charter boats. Real estate in Orange Beach has been much in demand over the last few years and is projected to see significantly more growth.

City of Mobile
The City of Mobile is a thriving city with a growing economy. It was named the number one mid-sized city to grow or start a business by Entrepreneur Magazine. Mobile is located in a prime coastal location and has many of the benefits of being on the Coast. It is just one of the appealing aspects of the city that includes affordable housing, a rich history and endless recreation.

Robertsdale
This city's central location provides quick and easy access to the beaches in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach and the ports of Mobile and Pensacola. Robertsdale is growing both with industry and in single family housing.

Saraland
Saraland is located just north of Mobile City. It is home to quite a bit of industy and is known for the friendly people who reside there.

Spanish Fort
Spanish Fort is located in Baldwin County, Alabama directly across Mobile Bay from Mobile City. It is very convenient to Mobile and has gorgeous bay views.
Summerdale
Summerdale is located slightly north of Foley, Alabama. Traditionally, a small quiet town, Summerdale has seen substantial growth in commercial industry and in single family homes.
